Complete your tour with a visit toElati village. Amphitheatrically built on the southern slopes of Koziakas Mountain and literally flooded by lush fir forests, Elati is a popular highland winter resort of Central Greece. .

Our day starts with our meeting in the village of Perivoli at 10.00. Following , we board in equipped 4x4 jeep vehicles and we will departure for our destination Valia Kalda ,the most beautiful and unspoiled national park of Greece where we will arrive after 1.15 hours. 

Our first stop is at the edge of the core where we will enjoy the entire view of the valley. We will see the difference between Black and Leucoderm pines and the old bonsai. 

Next, we descend towards the valley between the most advanced form of natural branching and hike towards Arkudorema about 1.15` where there will be information about Valia Kalda`s fauna and flora. 

We will have the chance to see rare red pines, the poisonous pobina, the newts, its rare butterflies, the sarcophagus piguikula. Additionally ,  we will do tree dating, we will learn about the medical use of herbs and about the various types of mushrooms. 

Last will enjoy a traditional sweet in the valley with water coming directly from Valia Kalda and we will departure returning to the village of Perivoli.

Through the path that runs parallel to Arkudorema, enjoy one of the most beautiful hiking trails and one of the most popular destinations for nature lovers in the area.

The route is relatively easy, lasting about 4 ½ – 5 hours and takes place in one of the most beautiful forests of Greece.

Enjoy the nature with a trekking experience in Valia Kalda at its highest peak, Avgo Peak (2,177 m elevation). 

We departure by 4x4 from Vallia Nostra to the village of Perivoli and the place Diza at 1,550 m. From there , we climb to the top of Avgo Peak at 2,177m to the stone fire station.

After enjoying the breathtaking view, we`re going down on the path of the ursa trail through theforest until we reach the valley of Valia Kalda.

Day ends by setting up camping, preparation of food and overnight stay in valley near Arkudorema.

Enjoy the nature with a trekking experience in Orliakas Mountain. 

Day starts with our meeting in Grevena or in the village of Ziakas at 10:00.

After a 2 hours hike on a beautiful route with free course in dense forest in the national Pindos park, we will be able to enjoy the environment inside this amazing museum of nature that it is an important habitat for butterflies, mushrooms and herbs.

While we move among the old pines we will be informed about fauna and flora of the region,  the medicinal plants and their use, in one of the most beautiful nature routes.

Next, we boarding in our 4x4 vehicles and we leave on a forest route looking for the rare newts and the young poisonous frogs of the genus variegata. We continue to the stone bridge with the Portitsa gorge, from where we will head to the village with free time for meal.

Day ends with our return to Grevena.

A wonderful route in the heart of the unique habitat of the Pindos National Forest!

Day starts with our boarding in the 4x4 vehicles from Perivoli village and next destination, Valia Kalda.

After hiking in a route where we come across large black pines and centuries old rombolas, we will find our destination of the two beautiful small natural lakes which are located in the alpine meadows of Fleggas (Total hiking time 7-8 hours return to 4x4 vehicles included).

The twin lakes of Fleggas, at an altitude of 1,960 and 1,940 meters, are only 100 meters apart and act as communicating vessels with the lowest one overflowing to the Arkudorema of Valia Kalda.

Day ends with our return to Perivoli village or Krania Village or Milia Metsovou.
